Habiter le ciel
From April 15 to 27, Quai 36 partnered with Bouygues Bâtiment Habitat Residentiel, the property developers Nexity, Linkcity and the cultural department of the City of Aubervilliers, as part of the project "Habiter le ciel".
A new way, a gentler way, to communicate with the local residents and to anchor the ambition of the project: to densify the urban fabric without disfiguring it. The "Habiter le ciel" project, conceived by the renowned architect Roland Castro, for the "Grand Paris", which can be recognized by its suspended gardens, marks a new era of urban development, accentuated by the imagination of the artistic direction of Quai 36 and its artist Dalas. Together, the goal is to color the urban space during the construction, to pass this phase of construction, often a pain for the local residents, into a colorful universe, which will give way to, in 18 months, an alternative habitat trees and verdant .
This colorful fresco of 100m2 was created by the French artist Dalas and comes to life on the palisade of the building site opposite to the exit of the metro Aubervilliers Front Populaire (Line 12).
